11. Returns Policy:-

11.1 If, for any reason, there is any defect in the quality, quantity or condition of the goods we will give you an exchange or refund on unused products only. Please notify us by email on [email protected] quoting our order reference within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your purchase. The goods should then be returned within 14 days of delivery to you in their original condition unused. (Please see our full Terms & Conditions for further information)
